Sewing can be a pain in the butt

And to the rescue is the air-filled Dyna Disc seat cushion
-- a rehabilitation tool used to eliminate low-back pain
caused from sitting. What a relief! Sit on this Frisbee-like
rubbery pillow, and you won't believe how comfortable it
is as the air within it gently moves from side to side.
Instead
of sitting on it, you can place the Dyna Disc behind your
back for comfortable support. The Dyna Disc is also an exercise
tool for the feet, back, hands, neck, and upper back, with
exercise instructions included in the packaging. I found
this lifesaver at the booth of Dr. Colleen McDonough, a
chiropractic physician and ergonomic/rehabilitation specialist,
who demonstrated several current exercise routines in her
seminar at the show along with other ergonomic tools to
help relieve neck, shoulder, arm, wrist, and low back problems.
She doesn't have a Web site yet, but for ordering information
call 503-378-0068 or send a fax to 503-378-0069.
