We recently had need for some temporary sleeping arrangements for our 2 year old, and we found the “My First Ready Bed” online and decided to buy one. As it turns out, we’re more then glads we did. For a small child the built-in side bolsters are really a good idea. They keep little ones from rolling out and onto the dirty floor. They also have a built-in pillow. 

They advertise them as an “all in one sleeping solution,” and quite frankly they’ll get no argument from me. 

It’s a portable bed, with a soft cover to keep them warm. It’s an inflatable air bed and they are really comfortable. I’ve slept in big people air mattresses, and I have always enjoyed the experience. 

The cover is machine washable and when kids are involved, you know that’s a good idea.

My little guy loves sleeping in it. It’s areal adventure for him. He’s actually eager to go to bed! We feel that we made one great decision when we chose to get the “My First Ready Bed” for our son.

When out gardening this year, I found that I was spending too much time trying to get my garden ready for planting. As an old timer, I usually use my spade to turn over my dirt but I realized that I was getting too old for doing this type of hard manual labor.Because I was ready to cut out some of the hard work associated with vegetable gardening, I decided to invest in a cultivator. As my garden is not very big, I went with the Troy-Bilt TB154 as it had great ratings by other users as well as being a decent price for all that it did. I can’t believe that it took me this long to get a Neato XV-11 robotic vacuum cleaner.  The Neato is simply the best invension since scliced bread!  I simply schedule it to automatically start cleaning after I’ve left the house and when I come home after work, my carpets have that freshly vacuumed look.  Best thing is, I didn’t have to do it myself – my Neato did!

Initially, when I got the Neato, its dustbin got full even before it completed a room.  It’s not really an issue, as it’s quite painless to clean it out but I couldn’t schedule it and leave it to clean without me being there to empty out the dustbin when it got full.  I’ve now let it clean my floors for a few times and each time I’m amazed at the amount of dust, debris and pet hair that it manages to suck up.  My floors are now clean enough that the Neato can run daily and do the whole house on one dustbin.

I am an avid gardener who actually takes pleasure in weeding to a degree.
